What we Collect:

We do not have the intention to collect or save any personal data of people under 16 years, unless we have permission of their parents and/or caretaker. However, it is very hard to verify if someone visiting our website is older than 16 years. If you are convinced we collect data of persons younger than 16 years without permission, please contact us via email@example.com. We will delete the information related to this person.
What we do with the information we gather
Redwise processes personal data with the objective of analyzing the behavior of our online visitors or when you fill in our application form to call or email our applicants to inform them about the progress of their application.
Both processing activities are based on consent. This consent is given by accepting our cookies or by checking the checkbox at the bottom of the application form.
How long is data stored
Redwise does not store data longer than necessary. Data we gather via our application forms are stored until progress of the application procedure has been discussed with you. However, in any case we will not store data longer than four weeks without your permission for extending this period.
The data we collect via Google Analytics is stored for 14 months. After this period, Google automatically deletes the data from our Google Analytics account.
Sharing Data with Third Parties
Redwise exclusively shares data with third parties in case of a legal obligation. In any other event, data is not shared without your permission.
Data collected via our application forms are only shared with third parties (e.g. potential employers or clients) after we have assessed your data internally, updated you on the progress of your application and you have given permission for this. Until that moment, your data is only reviewed and accessible by personnel working within Redwise.

Redwise uses two different types of cookies: functional and analytical. Functional cookies are used in order to ensure proper functioning of our website. The following functional cookies are used by Redwise:

Controlling your personal information

A copy of your identity document is classified as special personal data, therefore we will supply you with instructions on how to share your document safely with us. We will handle your identity with utmost care and after verification we will immediately delete the document. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, however in any way within four weeks after we have received your request.
